About the Dashboard

The Dashboard “belongs” to the entire Jewish community within the Greater Toronto Area.

It is powered by UJA Federation of Greater Toronto which provides leadership, management and funding. The Toronto Jewish Community Performance Dashboard Steering Committee has overall responsibility for guiding the development of the Dashboard and meets on a regular basis. This committee reviews and approves metrics, website content and reports prepared by staff.

The Dashboard idea emerged out of the strong conviction among lay and professional leaders of UJA Federation of Greater Toronto that in today’s world, the organized Jewish community needs to be more transparent and more data driven in its decision-making. UJA Federation recruited Ukeles Associates, Inc, (UAI) a firm with a strong national track record in performance management to help create the Dashboard.
